Business Hours: Our team operates from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm EST. Orders placed after 6 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Order Completion: After you place your order, it will be completed within the specified turnaround time you’ve selected. It’s important to note that your project’s clock will start ticking once we receive ALL project details, including business information, text, links, and any necessary imagery, along with the required payment. The turnaround time countdown will commence only when we have all the necessary materials.

Please be aware that all orders for Next Day service must be submitted and paid in full before 2PM EST. Once your order has been paid, it will then be completed by the following business day.
IMPORTANT: We must have files & payment before production can begin. Be advised that additional rush fees may apply if orders are not completed before the cutoff times.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Every effort will be made to create design work that will please the client. However, because the nature of graphic design work is creating "custom" products, no refunds will be given for any design fees, photography, or artwork if the client is dissatisfied. You may cancel/request a refund before your project begins but after 2 days there are NO Refunds on deposits, only design credit may be applied to the account in most cases. If you are rewarded a refund it will be returned within 7-10 business days.
