Thank you for choosing Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome! We look forward to working on your project, but first, we need you to read our policies and procedures. By making your payment with Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome and/or engaging in business with, you consent to the terms specified below.

ORDER TURNAROUND

• All order times will be discussed in the initial consultation. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome standard design turnaround time is 3-5-business days (with next day options), however, website design orders will take anywhere from 15-30 business days.

• Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your design will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. 

• Please be aware that all orders for Next Day service must be submitted and paid in full before 4PM EST, and all orders will be completed by 4PM that following day. We must have files and payment in full before production can begin. Be advised that additional rush fees may apply if files and/or payment are not submitted before the cutoff times. 

ORDER PROOFING

• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will post the initial designs in an email for review by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design. 
• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will analyze the Client's feedback and revise the designs. The revised samples will be presented to the Client within the specified timeframe. Regular working days are Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm. Once the client has approved the final design, Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will then proceed with the delivery phase. All requested formats of the approved design are then emailed.
• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome retains the intellectual property/rights to the project always. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome retains full ownership of the overall concept and working files (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator files, etc.) that have been used to produce the finished and final art but can be purchased by email request.

FILE DELIVERY

• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will post the initial designs in an email for review by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design. 
• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will analyze the Client's feedback and revise the designs. The revised samples will be presented to the Client within the specified timeframe. COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS

• The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or graphics furnished to Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome for inclusion in the design does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company or organization. The Client will hold harmless and protect Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by the client. 
• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome makes every effort to produce original artwork. If, however, we create artwork for you which accidentally infringes on any existing trademarked artwork, Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome holds no liability and is limited only to a refund of the paid amount. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome will do no research checking on the legal availability of the name we are creating designs for. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the name of their product, company or service is not already in use, and it is the Client's sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome and it's employees will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
• Until the invoice is paid in full, all materials remain property of Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome retains the right to display the artwork in their corporate portfolios and marketing materials. 
• All concepts furnished to the client are for client review and comment purposes only. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. 
• All draft concepts previewed by the client are for client review and comment purposes only. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome reserves the right to utilize and/or reproduce any image, logo or illustration created by Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome in advertising, electronic or traditional reproduction, with the addition of any copyright and/or trademark notice that may be requested by the owner of the work. The client is granted unlimited royalty-free use of the image upon full payment of all fees. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome retains the rights to concepts, comprehensives and all artwork involved in the design process prior to the final artwork, and is granted the right to use these logos in promotional and advertising and marketing materials.

PROOF & PRINTED ITEMS

• Please review your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, etc). Please note that when submitting changes back with this proof that you include any and all changes from your internal teams, in one concise communication back to us! If any changes are submitted after your approved version has been delivered, there will be a revision fee associated with that change that you will responsible for. 
• If the item has already been sent to print, Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome cannot stop production. If you need to have an item reprinted because of an error, we will be happy to do that, but you will be charged the full print cost for the second print, as your proof approval signifies release to print.

PAYMENT POLICIES & METHODS

• Graphic design is a professional service, not a re-stockable product or commodity - customers are billed for the time and expertise of our graphic designers. Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome does NOT engage in speculative work (also known as spec work) and will not honor any requests. We have provided an extensive public portfolio, making it easy for potential clients to judge whether the style and quality of design offered (by) Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome is a good fit for their organization.
• An upfront 100% deposit is required for all new projects.

REFUNDS

• Every effort will be made to create design work that will please the client. However, because the nature of graphic design work is creating "custom" products, no refunds will be given for any design fees, photography or any artwork, in the event the client is dissatisfied. You may cancel/request a refund prior to your project beginning but after 2 days there are NO Refunds on deposits, only design credit may be applied to the account in most cases. If you are rewarded a refund it will be returned within 7-10 business days.

Important: A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

RESTART FEE

• If your project is stagnant (no communication or progress) for 30+ calendar days, our “Restart Fee” in the amount of $350 will be applied to ensure that you are serious and committed to completing the project. This fee is applied each time your project has no progress for the 30 days. Fee subject to change without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

• We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy. ​

• We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.

HARASSMENT & SLANDERING

• If in the event a client is documented slandering or harassing Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome or any extension of Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome with untrue statements falsehoods or any similar acts of harassment toward the company, its employees and/or work that is produced after placing an order and signing this contracted agreement, it will activate the kill clause in the agreement.

• The kill clause is equal to the amount of the initial deposit or payment made and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The contracted agreement is auto-terminated and all designs created will remain the property of Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome. Use of work done in connection with the project and without our consent and/or continued harassment from the client could result in additional fees or legal action.

YOUR CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT

• By using the Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome web site and/or engaging in business with Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome, you consent to the terms specified above. We reserve the right to modify this policy.
• Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Should it happen that a client's own terms and conditions conflict with any of the same set out on this page, this document shall be considered to be the authoritative one, unless a separate contract has been signed by the client and by an authorized agent of Stamped by Deyiyes Jerome.
